We’re paying tribute to our clients Mario Ciciliot III and Jason Saldivar (now Ciciliot) of Windermere, who were married on September 21, 2017 at cozy, scenic Paradise Cove Orlando– one of our very favorite spots– located on Little Lake Bryan, in Lake Buena Vista. Mario is member services manager for Disney Vacation Club, while Jason is with the chief competition over at Universal Orlando, where Harry Potter reigns these days.
We offer our most sincere congratulations to these two stellar people– and our utter gratitude to them for putting food and beverage in our hands on The Big Day. We were more than delighted, and snapped more than a few photos of the entire proceeding, which we’ve thrown against the wall on Pinterest (see link below).
For the menu, the couple decided on a southern slant, so we cooked up a variety of regionally appropriate appetizers and a main event that featured hand-carved sirloin of beef with a wine reduction. We learned that Chef Todd’s dangerously addictive mararoni particularly hit the mark. Todd promises me that serving such dishes will ensure that our clients will add us to their phone contacts list, and they will be powerless to hire anyone else in the future. Being an optimist, I am unable to believe otherwise.
We were really impressed with Mario and Jason’s tasteful event choices, beginning with their soothing gray and light green color theme. This was most notable in their great looking attire (perfect for the tropical lakeside setting), which included a bevy of uber-photogenic and flamboyant bridesmaids and groomsmen. Indeed, the entire 100 or so attendees were a great looking, personable lot.
Not lost on us were the terrific, humorous tributes delivered by loving and loyal family and friends. We really loved the joke by Mario’s father about discovering his son’s political affiliation, and groom Mario’s own thoughtful remarks later in the event. It was a flawless, superb event.
