Amid a busy holiday events calendar, we were delighted to cater a great Xmas party for Preferred Real Estate Brokers on the evening of 12-17-17, at luxurious M Lounge near downtown Orlando. Dynamic and fast growing PRB, led by realty entrepreneur Jose Fleming, is based in the Metro West area, and has branch offices in Clermont. About 150 well-dressed staff members and affiliates attended the festive event, which included music, dancing, a raffle, and remarks by Jose.
They made a great choice in selecting M Lounge for their 2017 Xmas party. It’s a beautiful, luxurious rooftop hotspot with sweeping views of the city, two stunning bars, and great seating areas. On the ground floor are a spectacular car collection and an additional bar used for events. This is a wonderful and unique event location that leaves a lasting impression.
Our chef Todd prepared a wonderful menu for the party. This included an appetizer service of “tuna tinis,” stuffed mushrooms, buffalo chicken sliders, and a shrimp display. The buffet dinner, set amid holiday decorations, included Caprese salad, oven roasted fresh vegetables, home-style mashed potatoes with fresh herbs, lemon basil chicken with goat cheese and a strip loin carving station with red wine reduction sauce.
