We had a great experience catering this open house party event, hosted by GrayCo. Properties, operator of Courtney Chase and the beautiful new M North community in the Millenia area of Orlando. Virginia-based GrayCo. manages other luxury apartments in the Carolinas, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee and Florida.

The GrayCo. and Courtney Chase team did a beautiful job planning and decorating the property for the event, that was attended by about enthusiastic 125 residents and team members, and featured food and drink, live Caribbean-themed music and a rousing raffle event that included a number of great prizes. One thrilled resident walked off with a new Apple iPad.
For the event, a casual buffet-style menu was chosen that included meatballs, Kahlua pork "slider” sandwiches, Hawaiian meatballs, fresh macaroni salad, pizza, fresh fruit and cheese platters. The service also included a staffed bar with wine, beer and a variety of soft drinks.
